Mark is a specialist corporate lawyer with over 23 years of experience in mergers and acquisitions, business start-ups and management buyouts.
Career History:
Mark joined Bridge McFarland’s partnership on 1st May 2009 following a move from Dickinson Dees where he was a Partner at their York office.
His experience includes the completion of many corporate and commercial transactions over recent years, where typical deal values range from £1 million to £50 million, in a variety of business sectors.
Prior to joining Dickinson Dees, Mark was instrumental in the launch of Watson Burton’s Leeds office in 2005.
Mark is an Honorary Consul of Iceland, an executive committee member of the British Icelandic Chamber of Commerce and Chairman of Trustees of the Stewart General Charitable Trust.
